Job Title: Technical Project Manager


Job Duties:

Manage the Information Technical teams and provide optimum service to internal and external customers and our client with minimal interruptions by review the needs and technical requirements. Endorse information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Capability to understand latest technology trends to in Cloud Computing, Mobile Development, Software Architecture & Development, Agile Development, Application Support and Data Integration with Traditional & Big Data technologies. Monitor project progress regularly and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Work closely with recruitment team(s) and make sure the new hires are suitable for current project technical needs. Perform everyday coordination with specialized technical teams, review the progress,, address the specialized issues and provide feedback to the technical supervisors or system architects. Review proposed modifications on project plans which is of technical nature, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements by reviewing the Design documents and code standards in case of conflicts to help the technical teams to deliver as per Project Enterprise technical standards. Working on Industry Technological research by looking into organization goals, strategies, latest practices, and client projects. Looking into professional and technical knowledge by attending web nairs, workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; connecting to professional societies; and attending client planning meetings.

Job Duties:

Perform analysis, design and implementation using Agile methodology for iterative development applications. Participate in Scrum, retrospective and release planning meetings. Job Title: Software Developer in Test (SDET)


Job Duties:

Analyze, design and develop automated functional and regression test scripts using Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Test NG, HTML, XML, Apache POI and other open source Java libraries for both frontend and backend services like REST and SOAP API. Review requirements, technical design documents, project scope, specifications and involve in architectural meetings to discuss new as well as the existing frameworks. Analyze the priority of requirements and develop detailed, well-structured test cases to determine the test strategy and test plan. Coding for test automation frameworks using any programming language and, closely work with Software engineers to understand the system design and specification before working on test frameworks. Also, working closely with product owners, system engineers and team member to check the feasibility and review the developed framework to come up with optimized solution Contribute in all phases of development life cycle starting from gathering requirements, testing, and code deployment to production environment to ensure that the design is in compliance with the specification Participate in the scrum planning sessions, evaluate testing methodologies and suggest new techniques that will help deliver high-quality features. Analyze the requirements and provide the acceptance criteria for the features that are being developed. Validate new functionality to ensure that it meets all product requirements by performing sanity, integration and regression testing. Code the test automation frameworks and deploy the automation scripts in GitHub to perform continuous integration using Jenkins. Collaborate with product managers, system engineers, and development team to ensure product success with good quality and better user experience. Test the developed features, identify issues, report, validate, track, and close defects using defect tracking application tools like JIRA/Rally and involve in defect triage meetings.
